These photos end up on your grandma's mantle for the next three decades, your mom's phone screen, your yearbook page, and maybe even your sorority rush packet or your college application.
That's a lot of mileage. It's worth more than a rushed twenty minutes with someone who barely knows you.
Why these photos matter
I didn't love my own senior photos. I could tell the photographer wasn't that into it, and it showed in every shot. I want your experience to be different!
You want senior pictures that actually look like you, not a formal or stiff version of you.
You're excited about this chapter and want someone just as excited with you.
You don't want to guess what to wear, where to go, or what happens next
You'd rather book a date, show up, and have someone else handle the rest.
If this sounds like you, keep reading!
Best Friend Sessions are built for a mix of individual and group photos. I can't guarantee an equal number of individual images for each person.
Parents, family members, and pets are welcome to jump in for a few photos at the Classic and Signature Sessions.
All sessions happen Monday through Friday evenings at a location we choose together.
Want to shoot indoors? A studio session is available for an additional $100.

Forest Park is a St. Louis classic for senior photos, and it's often where we start. I also love Art Hill, the Grand Basin, and The Muny, plus Lafayette Square, Tower Grove, Queeny Park, Oak Knoll Park, and the Missouri Botanical Garden. I keep a running list of great spots, so if you don't have a location in mind, I do.
Live in St. Charles or somewhere else in the metro? We can talk through what works for you.
I'm a mom, so I get the schedule juggling, the nerves, and the "what do I even wear?" texts. No matter what you're involved in at school or the vibe you bring, I want to celebrate all of it. So yes, bring your clarinet, basketball, paint set, whatever makes you you. This is your moment, not just another box to check.
Before I moved home to St. Louis, I photographed luxury weddings across Europe. My favorite part was always the getting-ready hours with the bride, doing her portraits before the ceremony. Years of that taught me to catch the small things: the piece of hair that's out of place, the lipstick on your teeth. You'll never notice them, because I'll have already fixed them.
